Quinn Latimer (born 1978) is an American poet, critic and editor whose writing moves across poetry, essays and artists’ books, often taking exhibition-making, translation and the conditions of language itself as primary subjects. Based between Europe and the United States, she served as editor-in-chief of Mousse Magazine from 2014 to 2019 and has written extensively for institutions including the Museum of Modern Art, New York, the Venice Biennale and Documenta 14, where she was co-editor of the South as a State of Mind journal. Her books include Like a Woman: Essays, Readings, Poems (Sternberg Press, 2017) and Describe This Distance (Mousse Publishing, 2013).
