Shipping policy
Every order is packed by hand at the archive and sent tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping rates
We use one flat rate per region, whatever the size of your order:
- United Kingdom: £7 tracked delivery, free on orders of £50 and over
- Europe (EU, Switzerland and Norway): £18
- USA and Canada: £25
- Rest of world: £30
Rates include tracked postage, protective packaging and handling.
Exceptions
Oversized and heavy items. Large posters, oversized books and heavy catalogues may cost more to send than our flat rates. Where this applies, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the shipping cost. If you prefer not to proceed, you can cancel for a full refund.
High-value items. For particularly valuable items we may use a signed-for or insured service, and will contact you first if this changes the shipping cost.
Import duties and taxes. Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or carrier handling fees in the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery times. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary, particularly for international orders and during busy periods.
