Returns Policy

We take great care to describe and photograph every item accurately, including all condition details, defects, inscriptions, and any notable features. We encourage all buyers to read listings carefully and to contact us with any questions before purchasing.

Our Position on Returns

Because each item we sell is unique and condition is fully disclosed prior to sale, we do not accept returns on the basis of change of mind or buyer’s remorse. All sales are considered final once dispatched.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item and return it within a further 14 days, provided the item is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was materially misdescribed.

Damaged or Misdescribed Items

If an item arrives damaged in transit or is materially different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs. We will resolve the matter promptly, either through a full refund or replacement where possible.

Condition Disclosures

Hurt copies, ex-library items, and any other condition issues are always disclosed clearly in the listing. Returns will not be accepted on the basis of condition features that were described and visible in the listing photographs.
