Silvia Taccani

Silvia Taccani is a photographer whose work in the 1980s engaged with sequential and constructed photography. Her inclusion in Sequence (con)Sequence at the Edith C. Blum Art Institute, Bard College in 1989, curated by Julia Ballerini, situates her practice within an international inquiry into how photographic sequences were being destabilised by appropriation, montage and the visual language of mass media and information overload in postmodern visual culture.
