Collection: Klaus Schnitzer

Klaus Schnitzer is a photographer whose work in the 1980s engaged with sequential and constructed approaches to the photographic image. His practice was included in Sequence (con)Sequence at the Edith C. Blum Art Institute, Bard College in 1989, an exhibition curated by Julia Ballerini that brought together nineteen artists examining the disruption of linear narrative and the conditions of photographic meaning-making within the saturated image culture of the period.
