Collection: Hope Sandrow

Hope Sandrow is an American artist whose photographic and installation practice investigates nature, landscape and ecological systems through long-term, durational projects. Working since the 1980s, her early practice engaged with sequential and constructed photography, and her work was included in Sequence (con)Sequence at the Edith C. Blum Art Institute, Bard College in 1989. Her subsequent projects have centred on extended observations of wild and cultivated landscapes, often involving sustained collaboration with natural environments over years or decades.
