Collection: Simon Pummell

Simon Pummell is a British artist and filmmaker whose short films and installations work at the boundary between narrative cinema, animation and the experimental image. His work, distributed through the British Film Institute in the 1990s, draws on dream states, memory and the uncanny to produce unsettling, formally inventive moving image work. He has exhibited and screened internationally and subsequently made the feature film Bodysong (2003).
