Collection: David Shrigley

David Shrigley (b. 1968, Macclesfield) works across drawing, sculpture, animation, photography, and printed matter. His practice is built around a deliberately blunt graphic language — hand-lettered text, simple line drawings, deadpan humour — that operates at the edge of the absurd and the mundane.

Since the early 1990s, Shrigley has produced a sustained body of small publications, postcards, posters, and multiples that circulate outside the conventional gallery object. These printed works are not secondary to his practice: they are one of its primary forms, carrying his work through informal, accessible channels and into everyday life.

Items here include artist books, pocket publications, exhibition posters, and related printed ephemera.
