Scouted by Storm at JFK in 1988, she was photographed by Corinne Day for The Face in 1990 — a moment closely linked to the documentary, “grunge” shift in early-1990s fashion photography. By the mid-1990s, her Calvin Klein campaigns had made her one of the defining faces of the decade.
