Jacqueline Winsor (born 1941) is a Canadian-born American sculptor associated with the process art and Minimalist tendencies that emerged in New York in the late 1960s and 1970s. Her work is characterised by labour-intensive construction methods — wrapping, binding, laminating, and building — applied to raw industrial and natural materials including rope, wire, wood, and brick, producing compact, densely physical objects that foreground the trace of making. Winsor was included in the landmark 1969 exhibition Anti-Illusion: Procedures/Materials at the Whitney Museum of American Art, and the Museum of Modern Art, New York, presented a solo exhibition of her work in 1979.
