Enrico Baj (1924–2003) was an Italian painter, printmaker and assemblage artist. A co-founder of the Nuclear Art movement in 1951, he later developed a practice of satirical figuration using found materials, medals, braid and upholstery fabric. His work engaged consistently with Surrealism, Dada and political caricature.
