Collection: AA Bronson

AA Bronson is a Canadian artist and one of the founding members of General Idea, the artist collective active from 1969 to 1994. His practice spans publishing, performance, installation, and healing, with a sustained engagement with artist-run culture, distribution, and the institutional frameworks of contemporary art. As a co-founder of Art Metropole, Bronson helped establish one of the most significant artist-run centres for the distribution of artists' publications and multiples in North America.

Publications collected here document Bronson's practice and editorial work, including anthologies, catalogues, and printed matter through which his ideas entered institutional and private circulation.
