The square cover combines repeated photographic portraits with a red target-like diagram and the declaration WHEREVER WE ARE IS MUSEUM. Inside, sequences of Polaroids, performance documentation and informal photographs record the artists moving through exhibitions, streets, ceremonies and social encounters. The compact format turns this continuous public performance into a portable photographic archive.

EVA & ADELE developed a single shared artistic identity, presenting themselves as a continuous living artwork rather than as two artists producing separate objects. Their coordinated appearances at exhibitions, art fairs and public events displaced the museum from a fixed building to wherever their bodies and images were encountered.

The catalogue does more than document performances. It records the circulation of an identity through the art world: repeated, photographed, published and returned to circulation as a book. Here, the artists, the appearance and the exhibition remain deliberately difficult to separate.
