Raoul Ubac (1910–1985) was a Belgian-born French photographer, painter and sculptor associated with the Surrealist movement in Paris in the 1930s. His experimental photographs — using solarisation, brûlage and other darkroom techniques — appeared in Minotaure and other Surrealist publications. He later turned to painting and slate sculpture.
