John Schlesinger

John Schlesinger is an American photographer whose practice in the 1980s engaged with sequential imagery and the construction of photographic narrative. His work was included in Sequence (con)Sequence at the Edith C. Blum Art Institute, Bard College in 1989, an exhibition organised by Julia Ballerini examining how nineteen artists working with multiples, repetition and montage were responding to the visual conditions of postmodern image culture in the United States.
