Jindřich Štyrský

Jindřich Štyrský (1899–1942) was a Czech painter, photographer, poet and graphic designer, and a central figure in Czech Surrealism alongside Toyen and Vitězslav Nezval. His erotic collages, dream imagery and typographic work made him one of the most inventive figures in the Central European avant-garde.
