CAROL ROSEN is an American artist who participated in Constructed Image, Constructed Object: A Context for Construction, The Alternative Museum, New York, 1984, curated by Geno Rodriguez with an essay by Peter Frank. The exhibition gathered artists working at the intersection of image, surface and physical object through construction-based practices. A copy of the catalogue in The New Rare’s collection bears Rosen’s ownership and address stamp on the title page, recording its passage from exhibition publication to artist’s library. This collection gathers exhibition catalogues, publications and printed ephemera produced in connection with her work.
